The “yes we can-can-girl”…transforming garbage into something beautiful…kind of like what we’re being asked to do in life right about now.

This image is a costume I made early on in the pandemic…a skirt from old seltzer cans and a reusable grocery bag.
When the world around us started shutting down, I knew my creativity and joy were in danger…two key ingredients to keeping my business and life flowing.
I also knew, left to its own devices, my mind would swoop in and derail me into an infinite loop of worst-case-scenario-self-inflicted-torture.
But…it’s hard to be down when I’m wearing something ridiculous or creating something fun, so I made this and hosted a virtual costume party to help myself and others keep the joy and creativity alive.
It worked! 😊
I continued playing, creating, and connecting with others, even as so many changes erupted all around, and as many difficult decisions were made in how to shift my business and life.
And, I actively did my own work to create the inner changes needed to launch me into this next chapter...which meant facing some of my greatest fears, letting go of stories that were weighing me down, saying no to things that didn't feel right, and yes to opportunities that felt aligned even though they were way out of my comfort zone and I didn’t know where they’d lead.
The result?
So many good things have come from it, including deeper relationships, greater health, and collaborations with leaders and groups to help bring peace and clarity during this wild time.
Things like…
🔹 Expert guest spots in business groups + wellness communities
🔹 Live Q+A panels
🔹 Podcast interviews
🔹 Small group workshops + circles
🔹 1-on-1 virtual client sessions
(While not new, I continue to offer virtual sessions to both old clients and new.)
AND…some exciting NEW THINGS are coming VERY SOON!
I believe now, more than ever, coming together in soulful community is key, and it’s my mission to help support as we lift into this next chapter of our lives and world.
If you're craving connection, transformation, and fun, great things are in store and more details will be coming your way.
In the meantime, feel free to reach out with any questions, requests, or just to say hi. Wherever you are, may this note bring a bit of light into your day, and I’m so very glad you’re here!
With love,
Lena
