If you’ve been hard at work tending to your life garden these past few months, remember to take a moment and soak it all in.
There will always be bugs and weeds underfoot, floods and droughts, new seeds sprouting and old ones dying away.
It’s easy to get lost in the constant struggle of creating our ideal landscape, but if we wait for our mind’s idea of perfection to arrive, we’ll miss the beauty already here.
So, as we enter these last few weeks of summer, what if you let yourself soak in the good of this moment and all it contains?
What seeds have you planted that have come to life?
What weeds are present that can be ignored?
Where can you play, rest, or find delight?
Whether you uncover a pea-sized morsel of joy to take in, or an entire world of delight, never underestimate the power of stepping into the good, big or small, as each moment creates a ripple effect that cascades into your creation of life.
And…wherever you are, may these last few weeks of summer be full of light, both around you and within.
With love and gratitude,
Lena
