3 years ago I was a featured guest on King 5’s New Day NW, to help others learn how to cultivate greater joy and positivity in their lives through the power of gratitude.
As Thanksgiving approaches, I’m reminded of this wonderful day, and how grateful I was to share such simple and powerful tips in supporting others.
These are things I’ve used in my own life, that pulled me through difficult times, and helped me soak in the good of the many celebrations.
Now, years later, I can see even more fully the true magnitude of their effects…the positive impact has been exponential both in my own life and in the lives of the many people I’ve been so fortunate to share them with.
So my friends, thank you for being here, for your love, connection and support. I'm so VERY grateful for you, and I’d love to know…
